Scenario: Karly owns a computer store that has been highly successful. She brings in a consistent annual
business income of $100,000 per year.

Her friend Patrick has a business Marketing Firm that specializes in Commercials, Advertising, and
Marketing. He enjoys helping small businesses with Start-Up Business Plans. Especially he assists
Indigenous Entrepreneurs market their businesses to mainstream markets. He is very sucessful but his
rent for his business firm costs him an expense of $50,000 per year. However, he accumulates $100,000
per year in total, not includig his Business Firms rent expense.

Makayla owns a very popular restaurant. She owns two restaurants and in a year makes $120,000 for
both restaurants combined in total.

Karly owns the space in her plaza square and will like to have her friends combine all their businesses
and connect them together in her plaza which has a great location!
