Brief History

Linamon Central School (LCS) is the biggest complete elementary school in Linamon District, Linamon, Lanao del Norte. It stands on a 1.3 hectare land situated at
about 250 meters away from the national highway. It was founded in 1958.

The school is accredited in Level II by the Accreditation Program for Public Elementary Schools (APPES) in 2011. It is also a Passer of School Based
Management Level II in 2013. It is also a national awardee as Brigada Eskwela Best Implementer for three consecutive years from 2011 to 2013. By 2013 it is a
national awardee by Brigada Eskwela Hall of Famer and Best Implementer Exceptional Category.
