1. Accessibility – should be along the highway road. Easily reached or entered physically, refers
to the public transportation.
2. Orientation – refers to the seasonal variations of sun path, this will help maximize energy
efficiency and comfort.
3. Visibility - easily seen by the community and well known by the public.
4. Lot size – large enough to accommodate the building and the parking spaces, and has the
