Subject Line: Exposing Tipton Children’s Home

Dear Laura,

Thank you for writing a piece about us. I am writing you to let you know about an opportunity
for you to interview our staff, see our facilities, and enjoy some refreshments at our upcoming
open house.

On February 10, 2018, we will open our doors to the public. Our goal is to raise awareness and
funding for our cause. Staff will be giving tours of our facilities. No worries—flash photography
is allowed. Staff and house parents are thrilled to speak to the media about current and upcoming
plans, as well.
