Unsung Heroes Of Our Nation - The Life Of A Soldier

Cricket is well known game in India but Blind cricket is struggling for recognition.It 
is  one  of  the  emerging  Indian  sports  that  has  made  our  nation  equally  proud  as 
other sports. 
In  blind  cricket  t​here  are  a  total  of  11 players in each team out of which  at 
least  4  players  are  totally  blind,  3  partially  blind  players,  and  up  to  4  partially 
sighted players. 
Under  the  captaincy of  Shekhar Naik (2010-2017),Indian blind cricket team 
has  won  many  trophies.  But  the  golden  feather  in  his  cap  is  the  1st  T20  World 
Cup that India won.   
  By  birth  he  was  fully-blind  and  then at the age of 8 he got operated and got 
his  partial eyesight. He got interested in cricket, at the age of  12 years, in spite of 
losing  his  father  he  still  pursued  his  interest which led him to achieve great feats 
in Indian cricket history.
