Dear Ms. Necessario,

I am writing to formally inform you that I am resigning from my position as an ESL Teacher
effective Friday, October 13, 2019 due to schedule conflict.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. With this, I am willing to render a month
before I leave this company. This has been a big decision for me to make but as of now, I have to
prioritize my studies first especially I am doing my practice teaching this semester so I found it
very difficult to manage my time. My practice teaching is the main reason because I don’t want
my performance here as an ESL Teacher will be affected by this.

Over the past five months, I am so thankful and grateful to have experienced such kind of work
wherein I was able to apply all the learnings I gained from school. I enjoyed teaching English to
Japanese students and it made me feel that teaching profession is really fulfilling. I will be
forever grateful for the opportunity this company has given me. I will be bringing all the
knowledge I have learned as I continue my journey in life.
