Greetings in the loving name of Our Lady of Fatima!

I am writing to your good office to humbly express my sincere intent to apply as post-graduate
intern in FATIMA UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER (FUMC) for the July 2019-June 2020
period.

I have applied and previously been matched with Tondo Medical Center. Please pardon the
tardiness of the finality of my decision to have my PGIship at FUMC.

Although Tondo Medical Center offers a good training program, I believed that FUMC would
best suit my needs for my PGI training as I am a graduate of OLFU and their program includes
an array of opprotunities that could further hone my knowdlege, skills, and attitude in the healing
sciences—MEDICINE.

I am now firmly decided that the world-class PGI training program FUMC has to offer would help
me grow personally and professionally through their well-designed and carried-out training
programs.

I am sincerely praying and hoping for your most favorable and enlightened course of action
