Poultice was carefully removed after 20 minutes. Ten minutes after removing the poultice, the
participants' faces were washed with the hypoallergenic soap for the second time. The acne was
graded again after washing the faces. This was done for 14 days to monitor changes. The data
collected were analyzed and subjected to statistical treatment. The results show the median acne
severity of 2 before the application of kamote tops poultice and the median acne severity of 2 after
the 14-day treatment of kamote tops poultice. Using the Wilcoxon signed ranks tests, there is a

that sweet potatoes are resilient crops which is able to survive floods, and are recommended for
planting during the rainy season, while the dry season can be devoted to other crops. “Kamote, or

archipelagic country even if there is plenty of supply in Eastern Visayas there is a need to tap local
government units (LGUs) to facilitate loan programs and spread information to farmers with regard
to processing technology and market linkages. According to CIP, more than 105 million tons (MT)

about their perception in sweet potato. After that survey the sweet potato soap was distributed to
the participants. After seven days of experimenting the researchers conducted a follow up survey
about student’s observation in sweet potato soap. As a result, the researchers found out that the
sweet potato is not effective for whitening but instead it helps the skin in moisturizing.
The data gathered were analyzed using the frequency and mean. Frequency was used
to define the number of participants that was used in experimenting the product which was the
sweet potato soap. Mean was used to described the interpretation of the survey questionnaires
on which it will determine the highest rate in the given questions in the study. The data will be
