Interpretation: The survey was undertaken for the customers, who have purchased their vehicle

from Sri Viswarupa Automotives Pvt. Ltd Rajahmundry. 10% of the respondent said the from

one year, 20% of the respondents are said 1 to 3 years, 35% of the respondents are said 3 to 5

years, 25% of the respondents 5 to 10 years remaining 10% of them are said more than 10 years.

consumers are purchase the cars based upon availability, 15 consumers are purchase the cars

based upon after sales service, 10 consumers are purchase the cars based upon timely

availability, 5 consumers are purchase the cars based upon price. Finally majority of the

consumers are purchase the cars based upon quality.
