    In behalf of the school teaching force, parents and stakeholders, the undersigned would ask
    permission from your good office to cut the six (6) full grown trees located in the school façade for the
    following main reasons to wit:

    1.The trees caused the breaking of the concrete landscape as shown in the next 2 pages.

    2.The concrete landscapes are no longer functional as expected.
