2. Record Observation:
Physical Setting
1. Classroom Arrangement: Organize, all chairs are well arrange, conducive
to learning, well-equipped and updated
instructional materials and equipment such as
LCD projector and speaker.
2. Bulletin Board Display Homeroom Activities, School Activities and
Academics Concerns were posted in the bulletin
board display. The students creatively decorated it. It
includes basic information about the school, its
history, tradition and mission, rules and regulations,
students’ co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
3. School Playground The High School Department does not have a
playground because it is located near the Elementary
Department building but it has a wide field, which
allow students to enjoy their recreational activities
such as soccer, soft ball, baseball and athletics.
4. Learning Resource Center
Students are instructed leave things at the counter;
observe silence at all times; follow the rules and
regulations; give due respect to the personnel; practice
“Clean As You Go” (ClAYGo);keep in mind that it is
strictly a place for learning, research and leisure
reading, and respect the properties and other facilities.

It offers the Library Instructional Program (LIP) that aims


to develop students’ skill on the use of library resources.
Apart from this is the Library Period assigned to every
subject area, which focuses on strengthening the
students’ research skills.

Socio-Psychological Setting
1. Class Schedules The class schedule of the students were carefully
planned that’s established to govern the behavior of
the students and to create a wholesome atmosphere in
the campus wherein they are encouraged to develop
personal discipline which is essential in character-
building.
2. Teachers’ Activities Teacher’s activities are a little bit hectic but most of the
time she is prepared to do whatever is needed for the
sake of the mission

3. Learners’ Activities Every student of NDDU-IBED JHS Lagao Campus is


expected to adhere to the school rules and regulations
to ensure discipline and order necessary to his/her
character formation.
4. Co-curricular Activities The co-curricular activities complement the school’s
classroom instruction. A club moderator under the
supervision of the Student Activity Coordinator
supervises each activity.

The Supreme Student Council (SSC) is designed to


assist and coordinate the various co-curricular and
extra-curricular activities of the school.
5. Extracurricular Activities
The school has always considered curricular activities
essential to balance formation and development of
students. As part of the over – all educational plan of
developing mind and body, curricular activities are
organized. Each student is strongly urged to participate
in curricular activities.

Reflection:
1. Yes, because as what they says, teaching is a noblest job but for me, it is not just a
job but also a mission that I need to fulfill. St. Marcellin Champagnat also inspired me
with his belief that in order to educate children, we must love them and love them
equally.
2.Yes, it is a great way that effectively engage learners and teachers.

3. Yes, the Six Golden Rules, which are the primary classroom assertive discipline.

2 Follow instructions.
3 Ask permission.
4 Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the classroom.
5 Stay at your seat.
6 Don’t disturb.

a. Before finalizing the student’s seat plan, I will make sure that all my students are
comfortable so that they will avoid transferring seat and they will actively engaged in my
lesson.
b. I will make sure that it is unique and more creative.
c. I will assure that it is safe for all the learners.
