This letter is our response to your request for assembly work of stator coil unit 3 TNP to be carried out in 2 (two) shifts, between September 3°°— 25" 2019, Please kindly find our main concerns based on our proposal condition below ; 1. Technical Advisory Services are only provided 2 (two) T/As ie 2 (one) T/A for Assembly and ELCID test each, So we are unable to provide 2 (two) T/As for Assembly. 2. Other casts (such as Accomodation, Round Trip, Transportation, Man-day, Overtime, VISA, etc) are only quoted based on 2 (two) T/As. 3. Other costs (such as Accomodation, Round Trip, Transportation, Man-day, Overtime, VISA, ete) for Local engineers, and T/As are quoted based on Normal working days and hours. 4. Details of Working conditions can be referred to our proposal Terms and Conditions for Dispatching Technical Advisors Article 3 and Annex-2. For information, T/A Calculation for working on night shifts as below ; Man-day cost = Normal Man-day cost + Overtime cost 6. Interms of Service aspect, working on night-shift has higher risk of failure or errors in assembly. Considering above points, and having discussed with Mitsubishi Corporation, we have come to conclusions that we are unable to fulfill your request (Mitsubishi Corporation letter XAF/ID/2019054 attached). We trust that the benefit of saving several days of outage for installation and assembly, does not equal with the risks, not only us but also INALUM have to take due to further outage may caused because of the possibility of failure or errors in assembly. Therefore we would like to request your kind assistance for assembly schedule with normal working days and hours. We trust that based on us and INALUM experiences on previous project, we are capable to shorten the assembly duration than original planned. ‘We thank you for your attention.
