Subject: - Extended Warranty Documents Not Received (Hyundai LED 40 Inches)

Dear Sir

With reference to the subject of this letter I would like to draw your attention towards the inconvenience I am facing
for a long time. Sir I have bought a 40 Inches Hyundai LED TV from Next Retail India Ltd Najafgarh New Delhi
on (DATE) and get the same financed from Bajaj Finance. During the procedure for finance approval I was told by
the Bajaj representative that if I will pay…………..extra then I will get two years extended warranty on my
product(3 Years from Hyundai & 2 Years Extended Warranty from Bajaj Finance).

As the offer seems to be good I had opted for it and in lieu of same I have paid (No of Installments) till date to
Bajaj Finance, however till today I have not received my Extended Warranty Documents from Bajaj Finance.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the Bajaj Finance Supervisor who had processed my loan and was
told that I will get the documents only after paying 03 installments to Bajaj Finance. I believe that the response was
fair enough thus I waited for the 03 installments to be paid. Today even after many follow-ups since then I have not
received my extended warranty kit from Bajaj Finance till date and I have already paid (No of installments) to Bajaj
till date.

In the above regards I would very humbly request your intervention on to the matter to resolve this problem & help
me out to get this un-needed issue resolved with an ease.
