An Introduction:
Modern days have become complex in terms of managing various issues, day in and day out.
Even work life also many times difficult due to various extraneous situations and unexpected
crisis. At factories, corporate, stores, ware house, malls, offices, travelling by road, long
distance travel and due to natural calamities, we end up in peculiar situation and problems.
Hence management of these and awareness of such awesome situations are essential for
everybody to face and overcome problems. This program is an effort towards equipping with
such situations.
Background:
In factories, particularly in hazardous industries one is bound to come face accidents either fatal
or non fatal. Same is the case in construction industry activities. Due to travel and commuting,
road accidents may occur. At home LPG accident, fire in factory, multi storied buildings,
catastrophe may occur. On site and off site emergency preparedness is essential to face the
crisis. Personal or official vehicle road accidents management, compensation and coverage are
need. Apart, today any time anywhere for anybody and for anything crisis may occur. To face
and deal all such situations essential requisite knowledge is necessary and in few cases it is
managerial/supervisory/management competency. How to acquire this minimum competency,
ready to face, deal, overcome, protection and safeguard the interest of self, affected and
establishment are the essence of this program
