6 パイロットバーナーに種火を近付ける チャッカマンの炎先が、バーナー口に チャッカマン

　　当るくらいにする
7 パイロットバーナーの手元バルブを開く ゆっくりと全開にし１/３回転戻す 火が着いていないと爆発する

8 メインバーナーの手元バルブを開く ゆっくりと全開にし１/３回転戻す

点火　１ 覗き穴より炉内を覗き炎が見える事を確認する
※配湯する３時間前に点火する

＜黒鉛坩堝炉バーナー消火作業＞
1 バーナーのカバーを外す
2 ガス手元バルブを閉める パイロットバーナー・メインバーナー共に
　　確実に閉める
3 ガス元バルブを閉める
4 メインスイッチを「切」にする
5 バーナーのカバーを取り付ける
6 坩堝炉に蓋をする
※２日以上鋳造機が停止する場合、坩堝炉内の
　　　溶湯を空にしバーナーを消火する
