we are demanded to always develop ourselves to improve self quality. one way to study. knowledge is
not only obtained in formal institutions but also from our experience. the university is one of the formal
institutions for studying. in addition to getting knowledge, college also aims to have many choices in life.
that choice exists in order to achieve success. Based on a survey from Harvard University, young people
nowadays tend to be materialistic and want popularity. But, keep in mind that success is not seen from
the amount of money and position. however, how much we can give benefit to others.

we gain knowledge during college, 50% from the lecturers and the other 50% we must find
themself. sources of knowledge include books, journals, the internet and others. why do we
need to go to college? because we are too old fast, but slow to be smart. One way to improve
intelligence is to practice HOTS (high order thinking skills). This type of question can make us
think deeply from various perspectives.

therefore, to be a useful human to the world we must recognize ourselves, be able to be

consistent with passion, be optimistic and manage our time.

the world is always developing because humans always create new things. in the future,
everything will be done by robots. doctors, chefs, traders and all jobs will be more easily
accessible with the digital era. that period was known as the industrial era 4.O. When all jobs
are transferred to the robot, it is possible to bring up new jobs. One entrepreneur from
Singapore said "when the digital industry revolution took place, what was protected was not
work, but workers". that is, we do not need to be afraid because there will still be job
opportunities for us, maybe even more. we must improve our mindset about our future and
destiny. because perspective will affect actions, then actions will affect results, and results will
affect destiny. all of this is about how we can use technology to benefit the world
