    - Hexadecanoic acid (CAS) is the most common saturated fatty acid found in animals, plants, and microorganisms (27).
    According to the WHO, the evidence is 'convincing' that consumption of Hexadecanoic acid will increase risk of developing
    cardiovascular diseases (28) supported studies indicating that it may increase LDL levels in the blood.
