    Patient weight is 50 kg,
    50kg × 6.6mg/kg = 330mg
    1 cartridge of 3% mepivacaine contains 2.2 ml of LA, so 1 cartridge of
    Mepivacaine contains
    30mg/ml × 2.2ml = 66mg
    So the maximum cartridge of LA is 330÷66= 5 cartridges
