Dear employees,

I have been receiving numerous reports in the past week about some employees who have been
abusing access to the Internet in the office and have blatantly ignored our company policy regarding
Internet use.

Please let this memorandum serve as a reminder that the rules state that employees should only use
the Internet during working hours for business-related tasks. Please refrain from checking social
networking sites, photograph archives, and the like while at the office. I hope that we all comply and
that there will no longer be a need to implement disciplinary actions. Thank you.
