Chicken salad

The great thing about chicken salad is that it can be changed up based on what’s in your
fridge! In this recipe, any leftover or freshly cooked chicken could be used, with or without the
skin. Better yet, you could poach some boneless skinless chicken breasts in salted water for this
salad!
This easy chicken salad is creamy, flavorful and packed with healthy veggies and protein-rich
chicken. This classic chicken salad recipe is perfect as a sandwich or wrap for fancy brunch or
wholesome lunch!
How to make chicken salad

INGREDIENTS
 2-3 cups of chopped, cooked fried chicken
 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 1/3 cup ketchup
 Fine ground pepper
 1 sliced tomato
 Salt
 Freshly chopped lettuce

Method
1. Firstly, gather all ingredients and equipment needed. Deposit the chopped fried chicken,
chopped lettuce and delicately sliced tomatoes into a clean, large bowl.
2. Then, in a smaller bowl, mix together the cup of mayonnaise and ketchup to make a palatable
sauce and add it the concoction.
3. Thirdly, sprinkle a pinch of salt and ground pepper to the incomplete mixture and gently stir
until well mixed.
4. Serve your meal and enjoy!
