    I am writing this letter to inform you that my daughter, Regina Clarice M. Dizon from the class of
    1AR-2, shall be absent in September 18, 2019 until September 24, 2019. She, together with her
    family, will be participating in an upcoming sports event that shall be held at South Korea.
