CIRCULAR

Subject: Online portal for RLMM - regarding.

The undersigned is directed to convey that after due consultation with all stakeholders,
testing and security audit, an online portal has been developed for processing applications for
including and updating wind turbine models in Revised List of Models and Manufacturers
(RLMM). The web address of the above online portal (RLMM portal) is
https :llrlmmonline. niwe. res. in.

2. All stakeholders are hereby informed that, henceforth, the application for including and
updating wind turbine model in RLMM would be accepted through the RLMM portal only.
Further, the approved list of models (RLMM list) would also be available on the same portal.

3. It may kindly be noted that the affidavit and indemnity bond, as required for inclusion of
new wind turbine model in RLMM, shall be submitted in original at the time of application.
4. Accordingly, all stakeholders are requested to register themselves on the RLMM portal
and submit their RLMM applications through RLMM portal only.
