Key Responsibilities:

 Incoming Quality Control


It is the job of the IQC process to conduct inspections and handle quality issues before
the assembly process starts.
 Perform sampling of incoming materials based on the standard.
 Perform dimension, visual and functional inspection of material samples.
 Monitor quality control chart of inspected PCB and continuously enhance the IQC
process.
 Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and
measurement tests,
 In-Process Quality Control
Our IPQC process governs our quality systems during the assembly process in order
to detect and handle any problems that may arise during assembly.
 Perform inspections across all stages of of production
 Conduct in-line manual inspections on Process stage
 Ensure compliance to company as well as customers standards and specifications
 Utilize statistical control techniques and watch for significant deviations.
 Prepare and maintain test data for review
 Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
 Develop and maintain inspection reports
 Outgoing Quality Assurance
 Final Inspection of Finished and semi-finished goods.
 Interaction with customers and suppliers for rejection and other issues.
