Both are updated regularly and contain comments about all student work. VCE Assessment Tasks Outcomes Record Book. All student work and assessment has been recorded into this book. There are abbreviation on student outcomes that my mentor can personally interpret at a glance. My mentor has kept all of his student’s results from previous years as well. Digital Excel Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet has been developed in order for an ease of accessibility. My mentor utilises the student’s data on this sheet when sharing it to other teachers in the same subject. Compass. This is the school wide assessment record keeper. All teachers are expected to record student progress, achievement and grades through this medium. Chronicle entries are essential in reviewing student data.
