We would like to formally give our apology for the reason of the series of the Statement of
Account was doubled as our audit was checking it. We would like to stand to be corrected to the said
unwanted event.

The Rebilling for February 1 – 15, 2019 as:

Reference from, EBSI-2019-0398 so on was mistakenly doubled.
The reference are stand corrected where our billing’s 75% was already paid.

So, a communication was done with Ma’am Girlie Tigson, IPI-Acounting with Vimar
Serondo. Thereof, this communication letter will be submitted with the corrected attachement
summary and Billing topsheets.

Once more, we are sorry and I hope this will be the last unwanted event.
