Sending SMS to Linemen to Acquire New BB Customers

under BB Promotional Offer Plan (5GB FREE Trial Plan)

A new feature has been implemented in ITPC to send SMS to Linemen (2 numbers per day per
LM) for tel. nos. which are not having BB, where LM will approach these customers for taking
BB under 5GB FREE Trial Plan.

A CHURN order with Order Sub Type as “BB Promotional Offer” will be raised for each tel. nos.

If the customer accepts the offer, then concerned JTO/SDE will give feed in Clarity against the
CHURN orders raised with CUSTOMER_RESPONSE = BB PROMOTIONAL PLAN ACCEPTED and if
customer disagrees CUSTOMER_RESPONSE = BB NOT ACCEPTED to be updated. Both the
responses are available in LOV.
For all BB PROMOTIONAL PLAN ACCEPTED cases, feed will be sent to CRM from where SYSTEM
will AUTO generate New BB Provisioning Order on existing LL under 5GB FREE Trial Plan.

These orders are to be completed as usual as per existing flow by concerned field units.

NOTE: For all such cases, after completion of trail period of 30 days the BB plan will be changed
to BB 2GB CUL by default (except where BB plan has already been changed before completion
of trial period). If customer wants to change to another plan except BB 2GB CUL, new plan
change order has to be raised.
