A. Background
The term onion crackers is certainly known by all Indonesian people. This cracker is a
legendary snack. maybe you are also one of the people who often enjoy crispy onion crackers
and complement when eating.
a. Purpose
To meet the learning objectives of the report material.
b. Sciencetis
Onion crackers actually include unhealthy foods. Because it is generally made
from flour, crackers actually fall into the staple food category. Nutritionist from the
Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, dr. Diana Sunardi, M.Gizi, SpGK,
explained the reason : “Why is it a bad cracker? Because it's a simple carbohydrate,
made from flour. When it enters the body and we don't move then it will turn into
fat". Diana said.
C. Purpose
