Employee satisfaction is an important aspect as far as an organization is

considered. Employees are back bone of every organization. So it is

responsibility of the management to keep the employees to contribute more.
It is said that satisfied employees are more productive. So every
organization is giving high priority to keep their employees satisfied by
providing several facilities which improves satisfaction and reduce
dissatisfaction.
I want to know whether the employees in “MOTHERSON SUMI” are
satisfied or not. So I had to address the problem in my study.
