1. Please Submit the documents in the order specified below for VERIFICATION, at the time of Registration
1 I D Proof (Both Original & Photocopy)
2 Marksheets (10th, 12th & Degree Final) (Both Original & Photocopy)
3 Anti Ragging Affidavit
4 Medical Reports ( X - ray / Sonography Film NOT to be submitted at the time of Registration)
5 Medical History (Annexure - 4)
All the Original Documents (except Medical Reports & History) will be returned immediately after verification.

Wardrobe & Study Table Keys will be given at the time of Programme Registration. PLEASE DONOT LOCK YOUR ROOM till your room partner joins you. Due
to any reason, if you had to lock your room, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU SHARE YOUR CELL # with MICA Registration Team.
The President and Dean MICA are hosting a get-together Dinner to the new batch and their parents with Faculty & Staff, at 7 30 P M on Monday, 27th
June, 2016, on the main lawns.
You are requested to confirm number of persons joining for the dinner from your side, at the time of Registration.
