BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd (“Mirmas” or the “Company”) is a Malaysian incorporated firm aspiring to
provide its clients with innovative and holistic solutions in the water, wastewater and energy sector. Our
services are relationship-driven, and tailored to meet our clients’ needs.
Mirmas is principally involved in three key sectors: (i) Engineering, Procurement, Construction and
Commissioning (“EPCC”); (ii) Operating and Maintenance (“O&M”) for utilities; and (iii) Procurement of
Water and Renewable Energy Technologies.
The Company is the principal partner to and key distributor of SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions
(Water and Waste Water solutions).
Through its subsidiaries and related companies, Mirmas is involved in several other sectors such as
O&M of turbines and tubular equipment, technical consultancy for design and process specializing in
various industries, technical and engineering design consultancy, property development and ticketing,
room bookings and travel packages.
As an integrated water solution provider, Mirmas is committed and focused in providing technology
solutions to its prospective clients in the energy, infrastructure and utilities sector.

MEET THE
PLAYERS
KEY MANAGEMENT TEAM (1/7)
CHAIRMAN Since 2015, Datuk Mat Noor Bin Nawi (“DM”) has been the Chairman of Mirmas
Holding Sdn Bhd. He is also the Chairman of EXIM Bank Malaysia, effective since
1st October 2015.
Dato’ Mat Noor
Bin Nawi He began his profession in 1983 as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer within
the Economic Planning Unit (“EPU”) of Malaysia. During his 29 years period with
the EPU, his profession has developed up to Deputy Director 1 and contributed most
of his working experiences to EPU. In 2011, DM was appointed as Deputy
Secretary General (Systems & Controls) and in the subsequent year, he was
appointed as Deputy Secretary General (Policy) under Ministry of Finance (MoF),
which he continued to serve as until 2015.
Between 2012 to 2015, DM was also the Chairman of Bank Kerjasama Rakyat
Malaysia Berhad (Bank Rakyat), DanaInfra Nasional Berhad and Malaysian
Development Holdings Sdn Bhd.
DM holds a Master of Science in Economic Policy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-
Champaign, United States of America and a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Economic Resource from Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Datuk Awalan ("DA") is a director and shareholder of Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd.
EXECUTIVE Currently he is the Executive Chairman of Komconsult Sdn Bhd and Managing
DEPUTY Director of Success Circle Group of Companies. DA is also the Chairman of the Board
CHAIRMAN of Directors of Success Diar Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company between Qatari Diar
Real Estate Investment Company (wholly owned by Qatar Investment Authority)
and Eclipse Portfolio Sdn Bhd.
Datuk Awalan Bin
Abdul Aziz DA is also the Executive Chairman of Strovi Tel Sdn Bhd, a bio-medical company
which had a Contract Manufacturing Agreement for Plasma Fractionation with the
Government of Malaysia.
Prior to that, DA was the Managing Director of Solsis (M) Sdn Bhd and Senior Vice
President of Dataprep Holdings Berhad (2005-2008) and was a General Manager of
Perbadanan Nasional Berhad.

Dato' Nik Mohd Amin (“DN”) is a prominent figure in the Malaysian banking industry.
DIRECTOR He currently holds the position as the director of Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd.
Dato’ Nik Mod DN is also the founder of FASK Capital Sdn Bhd (formerly known as The Royal Mint
Amin Bin Nik Exchange Sdn Bhd). He currently also serves as a Non-Independent Director on the
Abd Majid Board of AWC Berhad.
Prior to that, DN was also the General Manager of Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional
Berhad (“PUNB”), setting up the funds’ investment division. He also held key
positions in Maybank Berhad and Affin Bank Berhad executing risk management,
strategic planning, credit management, international banking roles in the respective
banks.

GROUP Amirul Afif ("AA") is the Group Executive Director (“ED”) of Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd,
effective since 2015.

AA has covered a wide range of sectors including privatization and financing of
government related projects, power plants, real estate, asset-backed securities

CHIEF Haji Johari (“HJ") is the Chief Operation Officer of Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd,
effective since 2015. He also holds the position of Director in Ruang Project

He has vast experience in the area of project management and property development.
With a civil engineering background, he served as an engineer with the

He was also involved in the financial services industry through managing a few
property developments from the banking and corporate perspective by working with
Affin Bank Berhad’s associate company, Project Management Sdn Bhd. He observed
the implementation of the projects which are under the loan given by Affin Bank.
HJ holds a BSC. of Civil Engineering from the Utah State University, USA and a Dip.
in Civil Engineering, ITM. He is also licensed under The Institution of Engineers
Malaysia (IEM) and Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Ir. Abdul Samad Bin Sulaiman (“SS”) has joined Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd since Jan
2019. He is an innovative and result-oriented Project Director with over 16 years of

SS has proven his success through the strategic planning, operation management
and maintenance of twelve (12) water treatment plants in the Northern Region of
Ir. Abdul Samad Selangor. The twelve (12) water treatment plants had a total treated water
Bin Sulaiman production capacity of 1,145,000 cu m and cost control of up to RM105 Million per
annum.

KEY MANAGEMENT TEAM (7/7)
COMMERCIAL Mohd Fuad Bin Helmy (“MF”) joined Mirmas Holding Sdn Bhd in February 2017. MF
ENGINEERING is an experienced engineer with a strong background in Design, Engineering and
MANAGER Management.
MF’s main scope of work is to ensure the streamlining of operations in the client’s
Mohd Fuad Bin projects through scope and objective development; preliminary project planning and
Helmy design, up to testing and commissioning.
MF was previously with Kejuruteraan Prestasi Teguh Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager,
focusing on valves service & maintenance and water hammer analysis for pumping
mains. Prior to that, he was employed by Kloberz Sdn Bhd as a Sales & Project Engineer
focusing mainly on membrane technologies.
