Nursery & Kindergarten handled by the principal herself, Mrs. Gemma C. Cartel.

the school occurred. And through the demand of the parents to have its
Elementary level, God permits. Its popularity began to flourish little by little. The
number of teachers and students increased.

Dei Gratia School was duly recognized by the Department of Education

under Government Recognition Nos. K-033, E-036 s. 2003 and (R-IVA) 023 s.

point that it became popular and successful in all aspects. Due to community
demand, through the years of Service and Excellence for Basic Education, HIGH

2.1 Technical Feasibility

The knowledge of the client on how to operate the new enrolment system
is limited. Our client may don’t have the knowledge in using our system.

2.2 Economical Feasibility

Because of their limited budget for the improvement of the school, they

can`t afford to purchase a new software or program for their enrolment system.

2.3 Operational Feasibility

There`s a possibility that our client will not be satisfied with our software,
and probably they would not support us.

2.4 Legal Feasibility

There is no such problem in terms of the legality of the school; the school
owner has its complete permits for operating the school.

III Recommendation

Our proponents recommend to the school

3.1 Technical Feasibility

Our proponents are responsible to teach our client on how to operate the
proposed system.

3.2 Economical Feasibility

We are willing to lend our system for them to test the effectiveness
of the proposed system for the school assurance.

Based on our observations, It is feasible for the school to have an

“AUTOMATED ENROLMENT SYSTEM” because they have the budget to

purchase our system, they also have the facilities and equipment for the system
and they have agreed to the terms and conditions of the product.
