Swamp is a soil with a characteristic usually water that seeps from the ground surface, inhabited by
flora and fauna that are resistant to extreme conditions and it can be able to adapted with the
environment and has unique characteristics. The benefits of swamps, as Rainwater catchment,
biological resources, habitat for Peatland restoration and rehabilitation. Swamps, Including habitats
that have not been explored much from an ecological point of view, actually swamps that are suitable
to be built are special habitats for Several types of vegetation and fauna that live on swamps, Able to
protect from flood disasters, in addition swamps can also produce food and non-food products from
swamp ecosystems that are formed.
