Handling system issues in integrated system between CROP and Qlue in Jakarta Smart City and conducting data
analysis in order to find the frequency o those issues.
Selected responsibilities and achievement listed below:
• Jakarta Smart City Project : Analysing the requirement of end users by conducting technical consultation
(BimTek) for SKPD and BUMD. Then, I took a significant part to investigate application errors or bugs
reported by end users and propose modification and enhancements to existing application to improve
functionality or address any issues that arise. Besides, I perform testing to measure and improve the quality of
IT solutions as well.
• Data Migration CRM Project : Mapping and cleansing users’ data from previous application (CROP) to CRM-
standard format and making sure that the data can be migrated and used in the new system perfectly.
 • Quality Assurance CRM Project : Testing new application (CRM) to measure and improve the quality of its
application. Besides, I make sure that the new application is appropriate with software specification.

successfully managed to deliver important requirements such as Recruitment Tools, Rotation/Mutation Tools,
Benefit Administration, and Payroll Management with vendor.

o I have successfully identified hardware requirement for optimizing Data Centralization in Human
Capital.
o I have successfully identified software requirement to back up data automatically. I faced challenges
that make me must ask recommendation about which one the best tools to back up bulk of data
