Condition to fulfill synchronization panel to be ready for synchro:

 Changes in wiring in panel for voltages from 400 kV Substation (T5 and Busbar VT) – Problem
was in what synchrotact relay expect to check to activate permissive for closing command.
Changes must be made for both VT’s.
 Changes in wiring for activate 52L permissive (K45/K44) – Wrong permission for 52L MCB anom
to activate 52L permissive.
 Changes in wiring to activate manual synchro permissive (activation of KXM/1 and KXM/2)
which is used for DEAD BUS-Froid mode. Also changes probably needed in DCS to give
permissive for manual synchro.
 Changes in configuration for synchrocheck 25M to get condition for activate closing command
for 52L.
 After all these changes, testing of synchro for 52L must be performed.

These changes can’t be done without an extra time to dedicate myself to work in synchro panel. If I do
this kind of job, secondary injection testing of protection must be postponed for later time, probably for
next 2-3 days.
