Class, will conduct a research entitled "In-vitro Anticoagulant Effect of Three
Different Varieties of Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas) Ethanolic Leaf Extract
Against Excessive Clotting Disorder".

In line with this, we would like to ask if we could be accommodated to one of your
laboratories on May 15, 2019. We would also like to use the following equipment
for our plant extraction and PT Test.

We are incoming Grade 10 Students of Iloilo National High School- Special
Science Class. As part of our Junior High School completion requirements, we are
currently proposing a research project entitled: “In-vitro Anticoagulant Effect of
Three Different Varieties of Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas) Ethanolic Leaf
Extracts Against Excessive Clotting Disorder”.

Consequently, we are humbly requesting your esteemed expertise as supervise

adult in helping us with the methods to be used in our study. This includes our
plant ethanolic leaf extraction, PT Test, extraction of blood from donors.
