This Contract (this “Contract”) made and entered into this 17th day of September, by and

Valles who are having a 7th birthday party on December 18, 2019.

Xel 24 Dream Events a company doing business in the Philippines under this firm name in
accordance with provisions of existing laws, with office address Blk 10. lot 2A Villa Amor Dos ,
Caloocan City and presented herein by Jocelyn V. Tegero hereinafter referred to as the PARTY
B. (EVENT ORGANIZER)

ADDRESS : Sunrise Garden, Caloocan City

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Party A acknowledges Party B services in the event promotions.

2. Party A will settle the 50% down payment based on the budget proposal. The remaining
amount will be settled upon the completion of the event.
3. In the case of cancellation, 10% will be refunded to Party A within 8 weeks before the
event. Less than 8 weeks means no refund.
4. Party B shall comply and shall be in-charge of the agreed aspects of the event as
mentioned in Event Proposal (Attached).
5. When both or any of the party is impacted by Force Majeure, both parties shall request
for extension or terminate the agreement. In this situation, the obligations may be
exempted in whole or in part, unless laws provide otherwise.

NOW THEREFORE, with the foregoing terms, conditions and covenants heretofore mentioned,
parties finally entered and consummated this contract.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 17th day of
