1. Disassembly
NOTE: Sonnax “F-Tool” kits designed to a. Remove OE secondary pressure regulator bore line up.

b. Discard valve and end plug, while saving retainer pin and spring for reuse.

Ream secondary pressure regulator bore (for reaming instructions/reamer care, please visit
www.sonnax.com). Sonnax reaming tool kit F-113741-TL21 and VB-FIX are required
for this operation.

3. Installation & Assembly

a. Be certain all debris has been removed from the valve bore and valve body.
b. Install Sonnax valve into reamed bore with spring pocket outboard.
c. Install OE spring into Sonnax valve
When testing this port, prevent
spring pocket. end plug movement inboard
by blocking valve outboard.
d. Install Sonnax end plug and secure Read vacuum measurement
with end plug fully outboard.
with OE retainer pin.

4. Final Testing
Vacuum testing at the port(s) indicated holds
the recommended minimum 18 in-Hg. 18"-Hg
