The following records should be enclosed :

1) Copies Part II acknowledgement and Entrepreneur’s Memorandum
2) Memorandum and Articles of Association in case of Corporate Sector /
Partnership deed in case of Partnership concern.
3) Copy of Term Loan sanction letter / Chartered Accountant Certificate for own
funds.
4) Copy of EB Meter card showing maximum sanctioned loan / connected load
and electricity consumption readings.
5) Copy of invoice, stamped payment receipt and bankers payment certificate.
6) Copy of Safety Certificate obtained from the Electrical Inspectorate for
installation of Genset.
7) Authorised Dealership Certificate for Generator set supplier.
8) Banker’s letter indicate bank branch code No. and the Enterprises Term Loan
Current A/c. No. for transfer of subsidy through Electronic Clearance
System(ECS).
NB : The application shall be filed within six months from the date of purchase of
Genset or the date of installation of the Generator set (i.e. the date of issue
of Safety Certificate ) whichever is later.
