Ebenezer first point of call was for the house to consider answers for all questions. He stated that since we had three meeting periods , we should tackle the questions as such. Derrick , Erica and Dorothy agreedto this motion.
Ebenezer’s first input was on question 3 on how Wegman used technology
to beat technology. Ebenezer said the store used technology to track its inventory and sudpply chain. This ensured that the store did not ran out of stock since such a condition would push customers to their competitors.He opined that they made sure they didn’t ran out of stock thus having a competitve edge over their clients.
Erics, on question one remarked that customers judged the quality of a
uspermarket by the staff outlook, composure and posture to all clients and potential ones.
Dorothy on how customers judge the quality of supermarket said
a.Most customers could find everything they want under one roof with large variety of choices of products and services b. Higher quality products and low prices compared to what other supermarkets around. c. Timely checking and maintaining of products and service quality by the managers at the various departments. d. Systematic way of placing products at the supermarket also offer some quality to it. Hence, it makes it easy for customers to shop.
