Dear Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to you and your staff for providing
us with the excellent food and service last August 2, 2019, Friday night.
My friends and I decided to gather and eat dinner to celebrate my 20th birthday at
your famous restaurant because we heard a lot of great feedbacks with regards to
your service.
Besides that, I am pleased to say the ambience in your restaurant was wonderful
and well-equipped with good lightings, tables and chairs. Moreover, the displays
on the wall that were placed at certain locations inside give a sense of an elegant
view. In addition to that, the music selections that were played out at the dining
area were great. Furthermore, the food served were tasty and delicious with good
serving portions.
Lastly, your staff’s service was great for they provided fast response and
attentiveness to details while taking our food orders and correctly serving each of
us with the right lunch meals accordingly. Also, they were really accommodating
and talented for they entertained us by singing a “Happy Birthday” song along
with dancing performances.
Once again, I would like to say thank you and your staff for giving us all a truly
memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Dear Madam,
I am writing to raise my concern and express my dissatisfaction with the services
provided by your company. I recently placed an order for a hand mixer on your
shopping site on July 15, 2019.
Although the maximum time of delivery in your company is 7 days, I received it
after 15 days. When I opened the packaging, I was shocked to find a whisk instead
of a hand mixer. Additionally, the brand is totally different. You could imagine how
unpleasant it was to receive wrong delivery of your much awaited product.
Therefore, after noticing that I got the wrong item, I immediately contacted your
company and I spoke to the customer care executive and asked for the exchange.
To my surprise, he refused to exchange the product. It was a very disappointing
experience for me.
I hope this complain should not be disregarded and that you urgently look into
this matter. You can either exchange the item or return the money, otherwise, I
will be forced to go to the consumer court.

at the seminar. I still remember your winning moment when you joined a
competition and baked cookies and cakes. You captivated not just the taste buds
of the judges but also their hearts.

which is quite spacious and well ventilated.
