and helps the company to easily obtain information from current
and future employees to analyze and make decisions, where its
main objective is to save costs for the company.
• Scalability.
• When using the cloud version, you keep all employee records,
payroll, etc.
the software have to improve, since their modules have been
acquired and subsequently added,Success Factors has a robust
structure, but you can still see that it is not a fully developed
system, among others, for the communication between its
modules. This is reflected by modifying the software to adapt it,
since the user experience can be affected and which does not
have its own payroll management system.
the most reflected disadvantages are:
• The GUI needs to be enhanced to be in line with the latest and
complete version of the solution.
• There should be more connectivity with other systems.
• LMS, Learning Management Systems, needs improvement
because there were some stability problems.
• They should improve the reports.
• Some of the screens aren't that user-friendly, older employees
especially have a hard time with it. They have some problems with
it so we are looking for alternatives but so far the system has been
used a lot.
• Analytics could use some work.
• The Reporting/Analytics and User Interface need improvement.
