TOKHANG: EXRTA JUDICIAL KILLING

Extra Judicial Killing ( known for extra judicial execution) is a killing of person
without a legal processes. It happen when Mr. Roa Rodrigo Duterte elected as a
President in the Philippines last 2016. One of his plan is to stop the illegal drugs here
in our country. He said, within 6 months after he sit as a President, there will no
illegal drugs now. So he told the Police Officer to have an Oplan Tokhang that killed
million of people. If the identified drug user or pusher will not be surrender they will
die. Is it right to kill people in our arms? Are you against about Mr. Duterte's
platform?
Million of people here in the Philippine died because of this illegal drugs. Some of
them are not literally using this illegal drugs but they are killed by the police
government. Many innocent people was affected especially the young or the teenager
was died. PNP said, they fight and struggle at the policemen but according to some
witnesses, it was not they already shout "surrender" but still the police continue to
fire. Those people that are found dead, there is a sign of board behind there body.
Therefore, Extra Judicial Killing iss againsts of our law. Even that people have a
sin or he or she is involve in illegal drugs, still we don't have right to kill them.
Instead, we must gave it to the trial court to convict and accused him or her if he or
she really have a sin. Not anyone of us even or we are in the government authorities
have the right to kill people. Let the court find the truth.
