In line of the celebration of MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS month in the Philippines, The office of Vice

Mayor Glen Chio Hatulan organized the MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS in dubbed as A.K.B.A.Y for MH
Project “Accessible Knowledge in Building Active Youth for Mental Health”. Last October 16,2019 the
seminar was held on POLONULING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, it was attended by the GRADE 10 and
SENIOR HIGH students. Our Vice Mayor shared about his experience “ Once I am a victim of depression I
know the feeling of being hurt, alone and hopeless” one of his line that he said. The invited
guest/speakers shared their experiences and encourage us to take good care of our mental health. One
of the speaker is John Mark Lico Rufino,
