To whom it may concern:

I am happy to write a letter of the educational experience for Ryan Blew during the 2013-2014
school year. He was a welcome addition to my autistic support classroom during the 60 hours he
assisted.

Ryan observed the students and teachers and demonstrated understanding of the specialized
techniques used in a positive behavior support classroom. He displayed initiative over the course
of his education experience by engaging the students in activities and conversations. He worked
on age/skill appropriate projects for the classroom designed to enhance the learning environment
and coached the student through the projects.

Ryan worked well with staff and students, communicated effectively and was able to employ
techniques he was taught on an ongoing basis. He was responsible, punctual, organized and
focused on the team effort that characterizes a successful person in a classroom setting.

Ryan is a creative, hardworking, caring person who will show continued success in his future
endeavors.
