TEAM CHARTER

Team members- Minna, Rutva, Souvik, Shreyansh, Srishti, Yashica

The team shall-

1. Open channels of communication with honesty and transparency
2. Be mindful of the team’s time and be empathetic
towards each other
3. Participate proactively and acknowledge everyone’s opinion in the team
4. Give constructive feedback and not indulge in blame games
5. Strive to reflect on shared group experiences and learn from each other.
6. Keep things interesting, we will meet at diverse locations and late-comers would sponsor
the snacks!

Roles-
1. Souvik to ensure all team members communicate their availability for meetings and
group tasks. He’ll be the owner to maintain communication symmetry.
2. Yashica to ensure the agenda is sent before the meeting and is adhered to in every
meeting.
3. Srishti shall monitor that everyone participates in the meetings with inputs.
4. Minna to ensure that the decision is basis consensus and not majority.
5. Rutva shall monitor that every experience shared in the group has a learning which is
discussed and deliberated in the group.
6. Shreyansh to ensure that the group is active and doesn’t lose its spirit at any point in
time.
