Applicants filling out forms for health recruitment boards have incorrectly reported percentages of marks obtained, such as reporting percentages for science subjects only rather than all subjects. As a result, the board has established criteria for verifying documents where original mark sheets and conversion tables must be provided, and candidacies will be cancelled if any false or forged documents are produced. Numbers of applicants may change during verification due to cancellations for incorrectly reported percentages.

1. It appears that, in some cases applicants have filled up marks
obtained wrongly viz. percentage of marks in Science subjects instead of percentage of all subject. 2. Some applicants have whimsically filled up marks without following the stipulated pattern, which was uploaded in the Advertisement. Hence the Board has adopted the following criteria towards the process of verification of documents: -
• Applicants must bring with them the original proof of date of
birth, passport size photograph, Higher Secondary mark sheet, Graduation mark sheet, caste certificate, P.H. Certificate along with self-attested photocopies thereof during verification. • Those who have passed 10+2 under ICSC / CBSC Board must bring mark sheets in original and self-attested photocopies of both sides along with percentage conversion table from respective Institution. • Those having technical degrees, must bring mark sheets in original and self-attested photocopies of both sides along with percentage conversion table where applicable from respective University/Institution viz. O.G.P.A., C.G.P.A., D.G.P.A. etc. • During verification, if the documents produced by the applicants proved to be false or forged in relation to the number and other relevant data actually entered at the time of filling up of Online Application Form, his/her candidature will be cancelled instantly without showing further reasons. • During verification, the serial nos. of the applicants may go up or down due to inclusion/cancellation of applicants for whimsical percentage calculation by the applicants. • During verification if some applications are rejected for legitimate reasons, same numbers of applicants are taken into consideration from the Combined List in accordance with percentage of marks.
