has question-answer based interaction and people can interact even without revealing their

personal information.

Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are also social networking sites used for the

purpose of business. Utilizing these sites as an avenue for business makes it more personal,

effective, and accessible. These sites differ with each other based on their features.

Facebook is utilized in business by using is as a platform for contacting people or posting

product in profiles or groups. Companies, institutions, and establishments can create their

own page so their market can be updated and access or communicate with them. In

Instagram or Twitter, they can post their products or events so people could available them

and they do this so it could reach a lot of people and it is tax-free. Nowadays, social

networks are now considered a virtual community, what people do in their profession or

business they can also do it in social media like recruiting people or showcasing their

products. Based on studies, Companies and professionals use social networking sites as a

professional platform. They are just extending their influence and capabilities by using

these sites to maximize their publicity and profit. In terms of universality, social networks

offer a lot of languages to be used as default. They offer major languages used all over the

world making them user-friendly.
