1 CIVIL
1. Block and plastering works
a. Block work completed up to 8th floor. 9th floor breaking and layout change
completed, IR will, be raised on 16/10.
b. Plastering works: Plastering in progress at 8th floor. I R for wet area in
progress. 1, 2, 3, 4 completed and 5th floor plastering in progress.
2. Roof combo; Foam work already done followed by protective layer. Additional 4 cm of
foam work will be done to get required U value. Will start this week.
3. Wet area water proofing work started at 1st floor. Mock up marble work done,
waiting for client’s approval.
4. Swimming pool
a. Water proofing works done, testing remaining, water filling in progress.
b. Drawing submitted for tile design for pool, need more details.
5. Stair case and parking Epoxy quotation will be submitted by MBCC next week, Paint
technical details submitted, GBC asked for more details, partially approved.
6. AEC asked MBCC to rectify the leakage in the 2nd basmts immediately; under progress
7. Service room and FHC finishing in progress, painting 1-8 completed.
8. MBCC raised their concern regarding the scaffolding works that the GRC and Al works
are not started.
9. Operator, gym, health club and Kitchen to be finalized to start all finishing work.
10. AEC asked MBCC to submit the required data for green building submittals.
2 AC
1. Empower asked for letter from MBCC and approximate date for chilled water supply to
the site is discussed as 1-1-2020. Empower officially informed that the payment for
water to be done 9 months before delivery.
2. Falcon informed that they submitted the sanction for chilled water pipe in ETS room
and waiting for approval; No updates so far.
3. Falcon met with empower and as a result the load value and cooling value can be
followed as per design
4. Falcon informed that EMPOWER NOC is expired and need to be validated. Waiting for
the client payment and to decide approximate date of delivery of chilled water to site.
5. All service drawings submitted to DCD, waiting for approval.
6. Phenolic ducts works and VCD works are in progress at 1st floor completed, 2nd floor in
progress-60% completed; 3-5th floor approved.
7. Restaurant Kitchen and Hood design need to be finalized ASAP as informed by Falcon
8. MBCC informed that roof will be ready to install the machines in one month.
9. Falcon raised their concern regarding the pending payments.

3 MEP
1. Wiring works completed for 1-8th floors at studios, 1&2 bed room also started with
provided ID, 1-8 floors completed, IR to be done..
2. Drainage high level for 7 floors completed, 8th- partially completed, B1 and B2 HL 80%
completed, vertical pipe and WC opening closing started with concrete material. G.F
to 2nd floor completed, 3rd in progress.
3. PPR connection in wet area high level 1st floor 90% completed, 2nd floor pressure test
remaining, and 3rd floor 90% completed, 4th floor started, corridor balance.
4. 8th floor shaft diversion completed. PPR 2 risers completed with pressure test, 1st to
4th floor completed, 5th 60%. Transfer line PPR pipes for B1and B2 -70% done.
5. Fire alarm cable and emergency works are in progress IR completed for 9 floors, B1
emergency completed, B2 80% completed.
6. LPG detection cable started at ground floor high level. 85% completed.
7. EMT started their 2nd fix at basements; F.F Main line at B1-95%, B2 -85% completed.
Branches at B1-90%, B2-85% completed, GSM cable tray B2-95%, B1 40%.B2 pressure
completed. Main line from pump room at B1 and B2 90% completed. Power cable tray
at B1 60% completed
8. Firefighting works started, sprinkler riser work completed up to 8 th floor, 2nd FHR riser
completed up to 8th floor, main header branches works at 1st to 8th floor completed
with pressure test, 9th floor 50% completed.
9. Containment work for low current in progress, 2nd to 7th floor cable pulling 80% done,
CCTV structuring cable work completed for 1 to 8 floors. 6-8 coring work remaining.
10. FCU cable received and MIR approved, connections will be started.
11. GRMS sample and technical details are submitted on 9/10, selection of services and
finalization needed from client.
12. Electrical Service room and telephone riser completed for 1-8 floors, IR approved,
branches at 2, 3 and 4th floor started.
13. EMT submitted the variation supporting details with updated letter by today, 16/10.
14. EMT informed that the FIC inspection request to DM has been submitted, breakdown
for the invoice has been sent to EAS by mail.
15. EMT reminded that estimation for all MEP services have to be paid by the client as
soon as possible. Updated estimate will be sent by EMT if any change in final amount.
16. EMT raised their concern regarding the delay in the payments.
17. EMT raised their concern about any change in completed concealed mixer works in
bathroom survey report have been made and will be submitted as a RFI for approval.
18. Solar panels are delivered at the site and MIR approved.
4 LIFT
1. Passenger lift 1&2 is decided as fire lift and proper signage to be provided by MBCC.
2. Melco agreed to do the hook work for scissor lift and get the 3 rd party certificate.
3. Melco requested MBCC to complete the jam grouting works to proceed other works,
4. Cabin installation for service lift completed.
5. MIR for scissor lift approved.
6. AEC asked MBCC to finish the scissor lift civil works to start the Lift installation works.
