Account Sign In

Account sign in
A SMART account allows you to sign in and access SMART software and applications with your
Google or Microsoft account. Your SMART account that connects all SMART software experiences.
Things that you do on one device are available on all your other devices.

NOTE

The first time you sign in, you’re prompted to allow SMART to access some basic profile
information. SMART only requests data that’s necessary for application use.

To creating a new SMART account

Create a SMART account using your existing Google or Microsoft email account.

1. Sign in from the SMART app using the Sign in button.

The sign in dialog opens.

2. Select Create an account.

The Account Creation wizard opens.

3. Select either a Google or Microsoft account.

If you selected Sign in with Google, the Google account dialog opens.

4. Select your account from the list of accounts.

OR

Select Add Account.

5. Follow the wizard to add and then sign in to the new account.

6. If you selected Sign in with Microsoft, you’re directed to the Microsoft sign in page. Enter
your account details and select Sign In.

The SMART Account dialog box appears, indicating that you have been signed in.

To sign in using an existing SMART account

1. Sign in from the SMART app using the Sign in button.

If you’ve already signed in before from the same computer or device, the sign-in dialog
appears with your account already entered.

Select your account.

If you haven’t already signed in with your email provider, you will be required to sign in to your
account.

The application opens after you’ve signed in.

2. If you are signing in to an existing account on a computer or device you haven’t used before,
enter the Google or Microsoft email of the account and you’ll be directed to the sign in page
of that email provider.
