ACTIVITY DESIGN
I. Title
Cluster Officers’ Meeting

II. Rationale
As per OPB, the Clusters are to conduct a monthly meeting to discuss
important matters concerning the department’s PPAs to include updates, latest
issuances, reports and others.

III. Objective
a. To update field officers on latest issuances
b. Workshop for the Competency Dash Board

IV. Expected Outputs

The expected outputs of the activity are the ff:
1. An informed team of field officers on the latest issuances and other
important matters of concerns.
2. Input necessary data on the Competency Dash board

V. Strategy of Implementation
The Cluster Head will facilitate the meeting. Each MLGOO will report updates
relative to the implementation of DILG PPAs in their respective AORs. Discussion of
other matters will be free flowing.

VI. Participants, Venue and Date

The activity will be conducted on August 13,2019 at the DILG Provincial

Office, Lagawe, Ifugao. Participants are the Municipal field officers of DILG-Ifugao.
